These terms govern your use of the ServiceGhana customer app, the ServiceGhana Partner app and this website. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Using ServiceGhana
ServiceGhana is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers (“Partners”). We provide the platform; services are delivered by Partners and their staff.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS or WhatsApp. You must give accurate information, keep your account secure and be at least 18 years old.
3. Bookings & payments
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵) before you confirm, including the subtotal, service fee, any surcharges and the total including VAT. Extra services added during a job are added to your total. Payment is taken through the payment method you choose in the app.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellations and reschedules are free if made more than 6 hours before the service, or if a professional has not yet been assigned. Otherwise a cancellation fee, up to the full booking amount, may apply. The fee is shown before you confirm.
5. Partner terms
- Partners must provide valid business details, including a trade licence and VAT number where required.
- Partners are responsible for the staff they add and assign, and for the quality and safety of their work.
- The payout balance shown in the app is an estimate and is not an earnings statement. Final earnings depend on your contract with us.
- Repeated late cancellations or poor ratings may lead to suspension.
6. Conduct
Treat everyone with respect. Do not misuse the app, share false information, harass others, or take bookings or payments outside the platform to avoid fees.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by Ghanaian law, ServiceGhana is not liable for indirect losses arising from services provided by Partners. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
