Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your ServiceGhana account and data.

What happens when you delete

  • Your profile, saved addresses and notifications are permanently removed.
  • Partners: your business profile, staff list and uploaded documents are removed.
  • You will be logged out on all devices and cannot recover the account.
  • Some records (such as payments and invoices) are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
Before you continue. Complete or cancel active bookings. Partners should also withdraw any pending payout balance. Late cancellations may carry a fee.

You can also delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete Account.
