1. Using Kabamex
Kabamex is a logistics commerce platform that connects merchants, cargo offices, transporters and customers so goods can be shipped to and sold in Algeria. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and roles
- You choose one role at sign-up: Merchant, Cargo Office (branch and warehouse), Transport (entrepreneur or traditional) or Customer.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Cargo and transport accounts must upload a valid transport licence.
- You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Merchants
Merchants must describe products, variants, quantities and values accurately, and may only list goods they are entitled to sell and that can legally be shipped to Algeria. Shipment values entered in the app are treated as declared values.
4. Cargo offices and transporters
- Branches accept or reject shipment requests and assign deliveries to transporters.
- Transporters must scan and collect every item in a delivery and keep its status accurate (collected, in transit, arrived).
- Warehouses must scan every item on arrival and only confirm a delivery once all items are verified.
- QR labels and reference IDs identify items in the system. Do not alter, copy or reuse them.
5. Customers
Customers can browse products, save a wishlist and contact merchants, for example through WhatsApp. Any purchase agreement is between you and the merchant. [Describe payment and returns terms here.]
6. Prohibited use
- Listing or shipping illegal, counterfeit or restricted goods.
- Entering false scan, status or delivery information.
- Trying to access other users' accounts or interfere with the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
Kabamex provides the platform for coordinating shipments and sales. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by merchants, cargo offices, transporters, customs or other third parties. [Add liability limits and governing law, e.g. the laws of Algeria.]
