1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern use of the online billing portal. They do not replace the Billing Service Agreement, which remains the governing document for district cooling services, tariffs, deposits, penalties and disconnection or reconnection.
2. Regulatory compliance
The portal is operated in line with the applicable UAE laws and Dubai regulations for district cooling, including Executive Council Resolution No. 6 of 2021, and the laws on personal data protection and electronic transactions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable by the due date. Late payment fees, re-connection charges and other charges are as set out in the Billing Service Agreement.
